*Zumba* A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Open to everyone!
*Simply Ignite* Join us for a bold new signature class created by us! Our energizing class targets the entire body in a safe and effective way. Our goal is to have you feeling stronger than ever before! This 55 minute class combines our love for strength training, effective toning, a love for good music, and of course… some sweat. Each session will offer a variety of exercises making sure you never get bored! We hope this new format sparks a little fitness fire and that you feel the heat after each class! *You will need a mat, sneakers, and a sweat towel*
