Eggcellent healthy breakfast recipe!
Always on the go but want to eat well? Try these egg cakes! Here’s what you need:
  • Eggs (we always try and buy organic)
  • Peppers (red, green, whatever you like! Organic)
  • Spices (Mrs. Dash has a good blend to use)
  • Chopped Onions
  • *Feel free to add whatever other spices or veggies you want* Directions: Heat up the oven to 350/ Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl/ Spray the inside of the cupcake tins/ Pour in the egg mixture half way/ Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown/ Immediately take out the cupcake tin and let cool for 5-10 minutes/ then eat or store away. Enjoy!
