Eggcellent healthy breakfast recipe!
Always on the go and want to eat well? Try these egg cakes! Here’s what you need:
  • Eggs (organic!)
  • Peppers (I like red and green organic)
  • Spices (I like Mrs. Dash)
  • Chopped Onions
  • *Feel free to add whatever other spices or veggies you want*Directions: Heat up the oven to 350/ Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl/ Spray the inside of the cupcake tins/ Pour in the egg mixture half way/ Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown/ Immediately take out the cupcake tin and let cool for 5-10 minutes/ then either eat or store away!
