ZumbA®

The ultimate party class!! A total full-body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with the bonus of stress release, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness each and every time. You will leave drenched in sweat and looking forward to the next class each time! Open to everyone and anyone — all fitness levels are welcome!​

Simply Barre

Using our many years of experience, the Simply Fit & Fun team has worked together to fuse our individual barre styles and create a one-of-a-kind barre experience that will strengthen, lengthen, and seriously work the entire body! This 50 minute class uses light weights, a variety of other equipment, and a ballet barre to simultaneously challenge and energize you! Each Barre class will have it's own style showcased based on instructor!

Open to all fitness levels — modifications offered!

Simply Sculpt/SCULPT EXPRESS

Simply Sculpt is a matte based workout that takes a deeper dive into our barre-style workouts. This total-body conditioning class uses a variety of equipment (any combination of weights, tension bands, Pilates balls, and blocks), along with a focus on form and body resistance to tone your muscles and give you that long, lean look you have always wanted!

Sculpt Express is a 30 minute-version of this class, and was created to effectively give you a solid workout in a shorter amount of time!

This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications offered.

Simply SWEAT

Bootcamp — Simply Fit & Fun style! This 50 minute class ​targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! ​Each session ​will begin with a light cardio warmup, move into core work, continue on with weights and body resistance training, and will finish out with a full-on cardio blast! No muscle group will be left behind — trust us!

This class is open to all levels — modifications offered.

Note: You will need sneakers and a sweat towel! Classes during warm weather months may be held outdoors!

ZumbA® & TONE

Your ultimate two for one workout awaits! The first 30 minutes of class we will focus on cardio with Zumba; the second half of class will take place on the mat as we work the whole body using ourselves and limited equipment! This class is for all fitness levels, will challenge you, and have you leaving feeling so good!

Simply Ignite

Our bold and energizing spin on HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts! This class targets each muscle group through a series of safe and effective circuit stations. Elements of cardio, strength training, and toning will be incorporated at each station to maximize your workout time. Be ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and end class feeling stronger than ever before!

This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications always provided!

Note: Please bring indoor sneakers and a sweat towel.

cardio kickboxing

Get ready for some sweaty fun! Cardio Kickboxing uses a combination of high energy but easy to follow cardio boxing moves. Powered by motivating music, this workout can burn 800 calories! Have a blast during an exhilarating 50 minutes of calorie burning, heart pumping & muscle toning fun! Basic moves like jab, cross, hook and uppercuts are always taught at the beginning of class, and once mastered, routines are put together to the beat of the music. Bring your towel and your water…..you'll need it!

This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications always provided!

Cardio happy hour

Join some of our fabulous instructors for this weekly cardio happy hour! You will never know who you will see teaching — all you’ll know is that this workout is guaranteed to leave you feeling crazy sweaty and super satisfied! Class style will change up weekly, and varieties will include kickboxing, SWEAT, Ignite, Zumba, Zumba & Tone, and more! What better way to welcome in the weekend than with this Thursday evening treat of a class?! Cardio Happy Hour is a great way to keep both your mind and body sharp and alert! Class is 50 minutes long and is open to all fitness levels!

Note: Please bring indoor sneakers and a sweat towel.

BARRE BURN

It’s time to take barre to the next level! This class uses light weights, a variety of other equipment, and an added element of cardio to give you the ultimate power barre experience! Each class will have its own unique flair based on the instructor’s individual style; however, the foundation is always the same, as is the end result — a strong burn and excellent workout!

Open to all fitness levels — modifications offered!

Note: Sneakers not required; barre socks are optional.

Express arms & Abs

Give us just a half hour, and we will show you one heck of an upper body workout! Using a variety of both equipment and exercises, you will build strength and stamina throughout your entire core!

Power Yoga & SCULPT

Class will flow from pose to pose - but with a sculpt flair! Incorporating light weights and extra toning moves to yoga, you’ll leave feeling stretched and stronger!

Simply Minis

Finally! A class designed for the kiddos! During this 45 minute class, mom, dad, or guardian will sit back and watch their littles get a fun workout in! This class has an extremely laid-back vibe and our goal is to have your Simply Mini moving and groovin! Each class will incorporate movement, kid songs, games, and a dance party! Think of Simply Minis as the playdate of your dreams!

Note: Grown-up participation may be needed.

Strength

This class targets the entire body using weights for almost the entire time! Each session will begin with a light cardio warmup and move into full body work! No muscle group will be left behind — trust us! Let's get strong together!

YOGA

In-Studio: This class will be an all levels mixed flow. Incorporating mindful meditation to center ourselves and open class, we will move into some gentle stretching to restore balance in the body and undo the stress of the day. Class will incorporate yoga core work, gentle twists, a slower flow allowing a true connection to be made in the musculature of the body with an emphasis on connecting our breath to our movement. Backbends that will be accessible to all body types and fitness levels will be offered with modifications if needed. The goal with this class is for people to leave feeling AMAZING. Savasana will close class with essential oil and hands on assists.

Livestream: This class will be an all levels mixed flow. Work on gentle stretching to restore balance in the body and undo the stress of the day. Class will incorporate yoga core work, gentle twists, a flow allowing a true connection to be made in the musculature of the body with an emphasis on connecting our breath to our movement. Open to all levels!

Livestream Meditation: We are happy to offer this complimentary session to all of you! Our 15 minute meditation session hosted by Kayla will focus on mindfulness. She will guide you take pause and connect to find clarity both mentally and emotionally. This is a wonderful way to conclude your night and feel your best.

This class targets the entire body every single time! Each session will include elements of cardio and working your muscles! You will sweat and feel your strongest after every single class! *Weights often required*

sculpt + stretch

As much as we all love a good fast-paced sweat, stretching is just as important. It helps you avoid injury, reduces stress and tension in the body, and also helps create long, lean muscle lines. This class is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength work designed to build muscle definition, proper alignment, and flexibility. It is slow-paced, designed to really work each muscle, and you will feel the burn!

pilates/barre

Combining our love for two formats! Take this class and focus on low-impact exercises that aim to strengthen muscle groups and have you feeling strong and aligned! This class is open to all levels! Limited to no equipment needed!

Are you ready to sweat? Warm up with dance followed by 4 minutes of weight training- 20 seconds of work- and then 10 seconds of rest! 8 total rounds- dance, work hard, and repeat! You will never be bored with this class format and you will ALWAYS feel your best when it is done!

booty blast

This name says it all! Take this high energy class to tone and tighten your backside! Using safe and effective moves you will work your lower half to feel strong and your very best! This class targets the glutes using a variety of exercises and styles! You will never get bored working that booty!
