 Class Descriptions



A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Open to everyone!


Simply Bootcamp

This 55 minute class targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! Each session will offer a variety of exercises.

Note: You will need a mat, sneakers, and a sweat towel! Classes during warm weather are held outdoors!


Simply Ignite

Our bold signature energizing class targets the entire body in a safe and effective way. Our goal is to have you feeling stronger than ever before! This 55 minute class combines our love for strength training, effective toning, a love for good music, and of course… some sweat.

Note: You will need a mat, sneakers, and a sweat towel.


Simply Minis

Finally! A class designed for the kiddos! During this 45 minute class, mom, dad, or guardian will sit back and watch their littles get a fun workout in! This class has an extremely laid-back vibe and our goal is to have your Simply Mini moving and groovin! Each class will incorporate movement, kid songs, games, and a dance party! Think of Simply Minis as the playdate of your dreams!

Note: Grown up participation may be needed.


Simply Barre Fitness

We have worked together to fuse our individual Barre styles to create a one of a kind barre experience that combines our love to strengthen, stretch, and work the whole body! This 55 minute class will challenge and energize you.


Simply Sculpt Express

Simply Sculpt Express is a 30 minute, matte based workout, a deeper dive into our barre inspired program. Sculpt Express was created to effectively give you a solid workout in a shorter amount of time! This class is open to all fitness levels.
