In-Studio: This class will be an all levels mixed flow. Incorporating mindful meditation to center ourselves and open class, we will move into some gentle stretching to restore balance in the body and undo the stress of the day. Class will incorporate yoga core work, gentle twists, a slower flow allowing a true connection to be made in the musculature of the body with an emphasis on connecting our breath to our movement. Backbends that will be accessible to all body types and fitness levels will be offered with modifications if needed. The goal with this class is for people to leave feeling AMAZING. Savasana will close class with essential oil and hands on assists.

Livestream Meditation: We are happy to offer this complimentary session to all of you! Our 15 minute meditation session hosted by Kayla will focus on mindfulness. She will guide you take pause and connect to find clarity both mentally and emotionally. This is a wonderful way to conclude your night and feel your best.
