Zumba

A total full-body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with the bonus of stress release, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness each and every time. Open to everyone and anyone — all fitness levels are welcome!

Simply Bootcamp

This 45 minute class targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! Each session will offer a variety of exercises.

Note: You will need a mat, sneakers, and a sweat towel! Classes during warm weather months are held outdoors!

Simply Barre

Using our many years of experience, we have worked together to fuse our individual barre styles and create a one-of-a-kind barre experience that will strengthen, lengthen, and work the whole body! This 50 minute class uses light weights and a ballet barre to simultaneously challenge and energize you! Open to all fitness levels — modifications offered.

Simply Sculpt/SCULPT EXPRESS

Simply Sculpt is a matte based workout that takes a deeper dive into our barre-style workouts. This total-body conditioning class uses a variety of equipment (any combination of weights, tension bands, Pilates balls, and blocks), along with a focus on form and body resistance to tone your muscles and give you that long, lean look you have always wanted!

Sculpt Express is a 30 minute-version of this class, and was created to effectively give you a solid workout in a shorter amount of time!

This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications offered.

NIGHTCAP YOGA

This class will be an all levels mixed flow. Incorporating mindful meditation to center ourselves and open class, we will move into some gentle stretching to restore balance in the body and undo the stress of the day. Class will incorporate yoga core work, gentle twists, a slower flow allowing a true connection to be made in the musculature of the body with an emphasis on connecting our breath to our movement. Backbends that will be accessible to all body types and fitness levels will be offered with modifications if needed. The goal with this class is for people to leave feeling AMAZING. Savasana will close class with essential oil and hands on assists.

ZUmbini (MOMMY & ME)

Created by Zumba, the global leader in dance fitness, and BabyFirst TM , the global leader in educational programing for babies, Zumbini ® is an early childhood education program that uses original music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine/gross motor skill, and emotional development from children ages 0 – 4, all while creating the ultimate bonding experience for families!

Simply Minis

Finally! A class designed for the kiddos! During this 45 minute class, mom, dad, or guardian will sit back and watch their littles get a fun workout in! This class has an extremely laid-back vibe and our goal is to have your Simply Mini moving and groovin! Each class will incorporate movement, kid songs, games, and a dance party! Think of Simply Minis as the playdate of your dreams!

Note: Grown-up participation may be needed.

Simply Ignite

Our bold signature energizing class targets the entire body in a safe and effective way. Our goal is to have you feeling stronger than ever before! This 50 minute class combines our love for strength training, effective toning, a love for good music, and of course… some sweat.

Note: You will need a mat, sneakers, and a sweat towel.
