Simply Fit & Fun has implemented a no-show policy for all SF&F classes and offerings to allow for an optimal class experience for all clients. We kindly ask that you cancel any reservations you cannot make, no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. This also includes child care reservations as well. Failure to cancel a class you cannot attend will result in an automatic $5 no-show fee charged to the card on file. This will go into effect for anyone regardless if you are a member or client paying for class packs, drop-ins.
The goal of this is to help monitor class sizes and especially in the open gym, small studio, and reform spaces, as those classes have extremely limited slots available.
We understand that things can come up and life happens, so please email us for emergency-related situations or things that are completely out of your control if you need to cancel "last minute" so we can help.

Now that we have 90 offerings a week (YAY!), we need to make sure everyone is aware of our small but very big request! Clients can no longer enroll in two classes at once and sneak in late for an offering!
Example: You sign up for a 9:30am class in the open gym AND a 10am class in the small studio. You attend the 9:30am and then late-show up for the 10am by 15-20 minutes. This is unfair to clients who really want to attend the 10am class and couldn't get in. Please prioritize your enrollment and also be mindful of your instructors, who work hard to design a class. It can be very distracting, disruptive, and difficult to jump into a workout when you are not there at the start. This is especially hard for the 3 new rooms which are very intimate in size.

The age requirement at SF&F is 16 years to sign up and attend classes unsupervised. Clients 13-15 years of age can attend classes with adult supervision. Please note everyone regardless of age must have their own account created on Mindbody and must sign up individually for classes. Clients cannot enroll their child under their own account.

Everyone must have their own account created through Mindbody for many reasons and the main being liability! Please note clients cannot share accounts, and cannot enroll someone else under their account.
Example: A client enrolls in a class twice to reserve two spots and pull two credits from their account so they can attend class with their spouse.

ClassPass is a subscription service that gives clients access to some classes at participating businesses. This 3rd party platform is not affiliated with SF&F and only allows clients to try us out in the main workout room. No other area is accessible to ClassPass users. Open Gym, Small Studio, Reform, and Child Care are not part of ClassPasses offerings at SF&F. Simply Fit & Fun cannot assist giving class credits back as that is through their program. However, Classpassers can purchase packages/members directly from SF&F to gain access to everything we have to offer.

Yes! The class packages do expire.
Packages DO NOT auto-renew.
5-class package expires 3 months after the date of purchase.
10 and 20-class packages expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
Packages are non-renewable and non-refundable after purchase.
Expiration dates on packages are firm and can not be extended.

Monthly Memberships:
Non-refundable and auto-renew each month from the date of purchase. Membership cancellation requires a 30 day notice after the initial 3 month commitment period. Cancelling before the 3 month commitment period will incur a $99 early termination fee.Annual Memberships:
Annual memberships are non-refundable and auto-renew after one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must email within 30 days of your renewal date.Reform Classes for Members:
All members on the Regular Memberships automatically receive 20% off on the Reform 4 and 8-class packages.
All members on the Ultimate and Annual Memberships receive Reform classes with the cost of their membership.
Things to know
You must enroll online and ahead of time before attending class(es). This includes child care as well. Please do not show up and ask to be enrolled. Please contact us if you have trouble with your Mindbody account or need assistance! We are happy to help you!
Everyone needs to stop at the front desk when you arrive to check-in. If you do not see someone, please use the iPad at the front desk! Check-ins are imperative for enrollment and liability reasons. Thank you!
Please bring a pair of indoor sneakers to change into to help keep our workout rooms clean and safe! This applies to any class that requires sneakers!
We have mats and equipment! All you need to bring is yourself. Please not some clients bring their own mats for comfortability but that is not required.
We have a lobby area where you can hang up your belongings!
We have two bathroom locations, and one of the bathrooms has a baby changing table too! Both bathrooms have an area where you can change if needed!
We don't have advanced or beginner classes. We welcome anyone and everyone and showcase modifications, alternative moves, and challenges during all classes we run!
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and able to move in!
