Our packages are a cost effective way to save from single class pricing!

Packages DO NOT auto-renew.
5-class package expires 3 months after the date of purchase.
10 and 20-class packages expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
Packages are non-renewable and non-refundable after purchase.

Membership access plans:

POLICIES & RULES

Monthly Memberships:
Non-refundable and auto-renew each month from the date of purchase. Membership cancellation requires a 30 day notice after the initial 3 month commitment period. Cancelling before the 3 month commitment period will incur a $99 early termination fee.
Annual Memberships:
Annual memberships are non-refundable and auto-renew after one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must email within 30 days of your renewal date.
Reform Classes for Members:
All members on the Regular Memberships automatically receive 20% off on the Reform 4 and 8-class packages.
All members on the Ultimate and Annual Memberships receive Reform classes with the cost of their membership.
Memberships may be temporarily frozen if a member will be unable to utilize it due to illness, injury, vacation, or any other extraordinary circumstance for a minimum of 15 days and for a maximum of 6 months. Members must email to request a freeze at info@simplyfitfun.com.

Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid for first-time Reform participants only and may be redeemed once per person. Free classes are non-transferable and subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
