work out with us - anytime, anywhere!

We proudly offer a variety of ways to access our fitness classes. Clients can work out in person with us at our brand-new, state-of-the-art studio space in Reading MA, or virtually from the comfort of their home through our live-streaming classes. In addition to these live classes, we also offer playback options on our schedule: class is pre-recorded by one of our incredibly talented instructors, and clients have 48 hours to access the workout upon receiving the link.
