Simply Sculpt is a matte based workout that takes a deeper dive into our barre-style workouts. This total-body conditioning class uses a variety of equipment (any combination of weights, tension bands, Pilates balls, and blocks), along with a focus on form and body resistance to tone your muscles and give you that long, lean look you have always wanted!
Sculpt Express is a 30 minute-version of this class, and was created to effectively give you a solid workout in a shorter amount of time!
This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications offered.
