SF&F Barre

Using our many years of experience, the Simply Fit & Fun team has worked together to fuse our individual barre styles and create a one-of-a-kind barre experience that will strengthen, lengthen, and seriously work the entire body! This 50 minute class uses light weights, a variety of other equipment, and a ballet barre to simultaneously challenge and energize you! Each Barre class will have it's own style showcased based on instructor!

barre & restore

Welcome to the class that will both challenge you and then relax you, all in one! Barre & Restore is the perfect way to push yourself while also giving your body the gift of stretch. Our signature barre and matte-based work creates a one-of-a-kind barre experience that will strengthen, lengthen, and seriously work the entire body! As important as burning those muscles out is, stretching is equally as valuable. Therefore, a lengthier, deeper, and more focused stretching portion rounds out this stellar class option. Just like all of our offerings here at SF&F, no two Barre & Restore classes will ever be the same, keeping your mind, body, AND soul happy!

It’s time to take barre to the next level! This class uses light weights, a variety of other equipment, and an added element of cardio to give you the ultimate power barre experience! Each class will have its own unique flair based on the instructor’s individual style; however, the foundation is always the same, as is the end result — a strong burn and excellent workout!

Open to all fitness levels — modifications offered!

Note: Sneakers not required; barre socks are optional.

lean&tone

A total body conditioning class entirely on your mat! Lean&Tone combines muscle work with Pilates moves and barre-style conditioning. This fun and incredibly effective class uses a variety of equipment, and a strong focus on proper form, correct alignment and body resistance to create definition, tone those muscles, and give you that long, lean look you love!

SCULPT

Sculpt is a bridge between our Lean&Tone and Simply Strong classes -- a matte-based workout that combines toning with our strength-inspired workouts. Expect to use 5-8 pound weights and know you can always go lower if needed!

 

This total-body conditioning class uses a variety of equipment, along with a focus on form and body resistance, to tone your muscles and give you that long, lean look you have always wanted!


This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications offered.

fiit fusion

Welcome to our unique and one-of-a-kind take on interval training, matte-style! This class will feature timed barre/matte and Pilates-style movements done in intervals -- give your 100% during each interval and follow it up with rest and recovery. Repeat this and work the entire body by the end of class! No cardio and no high impact movements -- but a whole lot of sweating and burning those muscles out! This class will be done on the matte and will utilize light/medium weights, resistance equipment, and more! You will LOVE how strong and long you will feel after this class! Open to all levels!

power pilates

Get ready to sweat and feel that burn right at the mat! This class will follow the Pilates principles with our own SF&F twist of fun combos and variations utilizing props, body resistance, and more!

We will slow it down to help create that mind body connection so you can get deeper into the moves and really benefit from every class both mentally and physically! We will move with intention , promoting balance and a strong center so you can feel relaxed mentally and energized physically! Open to all fitness levels!

arms & Abs

Give us just a half hour, and we will show you one heck of an upper body workout! Using a variety of both equipment and exercises, you will build strength and stamina throughout your entire core!

Butts & Guts

Give us a little time and we will show you one heck of a lower body workout! Using a variety of both equipment and exercises, you will build strength and stamina throughout your entire core and lower half!
