Join us for our own unique take on high-intensity intermittent training! Bursts of high-energy work paired with breaks and strength work! You'll never be bored and will always be satisfied with this class!

This class is open to all levels — modifications offered.

Bootcamp — Simply Fit & Fun style! This 50 minute class ​targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! ​Each session ​will begin with a light cardio warmup, move into core work, continue on with weights and body resistance training, and will finish out with a full-on cardio blast! No muscle group will be left behind — trust us!

BODY BLAST EXPRESS

A total body experience, jam-packed into a half hour! This express class is high on energy, work, and fun!! Light cardio may be included, as well as a variety of equipment. Expect to work each major muscle group -- arms, legs, abs, and glutes -- and walk out feeling fabulous after just 30 minutes! Perfect for all levels, especially anyone who is on-the-go!
