Welcome to Yoga Flow! Each class starts with a focus on the breath. Throughout class the breath is then synced with movements to help focus the attention to the present. The sequence of poses each week is different, but class will always leave you feeling strong, stretched out, calm, and clear. Class is for all levels with modifications available!

YOGA beats

Yoga? Disco Balls? Lights off? Awesome music? Oh yes! Join us for this very Simply Fit & Fun style Vinyasa yoga class! There will be sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by our breath. We are adding a big element of fun with music from the 80's through present day, along with disco balls on and lights off! This light-hearted class creates strength and fluidity in the body and mind, lifting your spirit and evolving your practice. Have some fun and move with us! Open to all levels!

slow flow yoga with meditation

Take time to slow down, breathe, align, strengthen, and stretch. In this 50 minute class, students will flow through fundamental yoga asanas (poses) holding each pose for 5-8 breaths. Great for beginners looking to start a practice, those looking for more time to explore and reap the benefits of yoga, or students who want to slow everything down to ground themselves. Every class will include a 10-15 minute guided meditation for maximum mental clarification and grounding.
