The ultimate party class!! A total full-body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, with the bonus of stress release, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness each and every time. You will leave drenched in sweat and looking forward to the next class each time! Open to everyone and anyone — all fitness levels are welcome!​

ZumbA® & TONE

Your ultimate two for one workout awaits! The first 30 minutes of class we will focus on cardio with Zumba; the second half of class will take place on the mat as we work the whole body using ourselves and limited equipment! This class is for all fitness levels, will challenge you, and have you leaving feeling so good!

cardio kickboxing

Get ready for some sweaty fun! Cardio Kickboxing uses a combination of high energy but easy to follow cardio boxing moves. Powered by motivating music, this workout can burn 800 calories! Have a blast during an exhilarating 50 minutes of calorie burning, heart pumping & muscle toning fun! Basic moves like jab, cross, hook and uppercuts are always taught at the beginning of class, and once mastered, routines are put together to the beat of the music. Bring your towel and your water…..you'll need it!

This class is open to all fitness levels — modifications always provided!

Simply SWEAT

Bootcamp — Simply Fit & Fun style! This 50 minute class ​targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! ​Each session ​will begin with a light cardio warmup, move into core work, continue on with weights and body resistance training, and will finish out with a full-on cardio blast! No muscle group will be left behind — trust us!

This class is open to all levels — modifications offered.

Note: You will need sneakers and a sweat towel!

Cardio happy hour

Join some of our fabulous instructors for this weekly cardio happy hour! You will never know who you will see teaching — all you’ll know is that this workout is guaranteed to leave you feeling crazy sweaty and super satisfied! Class style will change up weekly, and varieties will include kickboxing, SWEAT, Ignite, Zumba, Zumba & Tone, and more! What better way to welcome in the weekend than with this Thursday evening treat of a class?! Cardio Happy Hour is a great way to keep both your mind and body sharp and alert! Class is 50 minutes long and is open to all fitness levels!

Note: Please bring indoor sneakers and a sweat towel.

Simply Fit & Fly: Trampoline

Join us for our unique spin on this killer workout format! This full body experience will be held on and off the trampoline! Get ready for cardio, strength, and tone all in all! Bounce and fly with us! Fun fact: Jumping on a trampoline is much lower impact than running! It is less likely to cause joint injuries. Safely engage that whole body with us!
