Get ready for some sweaty fun! Cardio Kickboxing uses a combination of high energy but easy to follow cardio boxing moves. Powered by motivating music, this workout can burn 800 calories! Have a blast during an exhilarating 50 minutes of calorie burning, heart pumping & muscle toning fun! Basic moves like jab, cross, hook and uppercuts are always taught at the beginning of class, and once mastered, routines are put together to the beat of the music. Bring your towel and your water…..you'll need it!
