Bootcamp — Simply Fit & Fun style! This 50 minute class targets the entire body using light cardio, small weights, and toning! Each session will begin with a light cardio warmup, move into core work, continue on with weights and body resistance training, and will finish out with a full-on cardio blast! No muscle group will be left behind — trust us!
This class is open to all levels — modifications offered.
Note: You will need sneakers and a sweat towel!
