What if I have never worked out before?
We welcome anyone and everyone looking to get fit! We showcase modifications during all classes we run!

What should I wear?
Something that makes you feel comfortable and able to move in! 

What should I bring?
Please bring a pair of indoor sneakers for our cardio classes to help keep our floors clean!

How do I sign up for classes?
We suggest you use our Mindbody booking site, accessible via our sign-up page! Drop-ins are always welcome!
*Please note: All child care sign ups are mandatory via our Mindbody booking site* 

Is there a place for my stuff/a place to get ready?
Yes! We have two large bathrooms perfect for changing, and there is plenty of space in our studio for you to leave your belongings.

What is your cancellation policy?
Simply Fit & Fun has a 6 hour cancellation policy. If the class has 3 or less participants enrolled in any class offering, then that class will be cancelled. No shows, last minute cancellations, and all pre-paid classes are non-refundable. Specific personalized situations do not fall under this umbrella and will be treated differently. All packages purchased expire 6 months after purchase date! Simply Fit & Fun reserves the right to cancel/change classes at any time with notice to our customers. There will be no increases in fees without communication with the clients. By purchasing our memberships, packages, and single visits to attend our classes you are agreeing to the terms of Simply Fit & Fun. Simply Fit & Fun is not responsible for any other fees incurred with purchasing classes. Thank you!
