Are you ready to get your mind, body, and soul settled into that winter fitness routine?! We know winter can be tough but we also know that winter is a solid time to focus on you! We are going to help you and we know you can do this! We are also going to keep this challenge simple. It's based around working out! That is it! Just show up! 

We want to keep YOU active and moving from Sunday, January 25th -- Sunday, February 8th! Let's take on these 2 easy weeks together! This timeline gets you close to February vacation AND close to March Madness! Consider this your warmup to really going all-in! 

You will work out, you will challenge yourself, and you will take your fitness and wellness routine to another level! All you need to do is show up and put in the work -- we promise that you will not only see results, but perhaps even more importantly, you will feel amazing both inside and out! You can do it! 

Here is the breakdown:

  • You will be challenged to take 12 classes in two weeks! You can do this! Attending Open Gym counts too!

  • You will set a water intake goal per day!

  • This group will be facilitated and hosted in a closed FB group! 

  • Pop-Up Prizes will be available for friends who complete the 4-5 classes each week!
